Lisa is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with 22 years of experience delivering fun, functional training sessions to help clients achieve their health, fitness and performance goals. She prides herself on arriving on time, prepared, and attentive for every training session. Lisa carefully evaluates client needs and designs training sessions to assist them in achieving their personal fitness goals. She guides clients in safe exercise, taking into account individual physical limitations, teaching clients how to modify exercises appropriately to avoid injury. She excels at designing creative, highly effective training programs to improve athletic abilities and everyday activities by incorporating movement training from all areas of fitness including agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, stamina, strength and speed. Lisa is adept at creating a welcoming environment in which clients of all ages and abilities feel accepted and challenged, from middle and high school athletes to nationally ranked competitive weightlifters to octogenarians looking to keep up with their grandchildren.

Quinn is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer as well as a retired D1 athlete and uses her experience to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Her Bachelor’s degree in Physiology gives her an added talent for analyzing correct biomechanics and understanding how the body responds to exercise and training. Quinn helps design programs for all abilities that are specific to each client to achieve their personal goals. She guides clients in safe exercise, taking into account individual limitations and modifies exercises to avoid injury and unnecessary stress. She ensures each session works to improve all areas of fitness and functional movements. Her goal is to make sure clients have a positive experience and come out feeling confident and strong. In her off time, she enjoys Nordic skiing, trail running and mountain biking.

With a background as a Division 3 College Track & Field Athlete, Competitive Powerlifting, and Weightlifting, I bring over a decade of diverse athletic experience to my role as a personal trainer. I have competed at notable events such as the IPL Junior Worlds, the USAW American Open, and USAW Nationals, at some of the highest national levels. My extensive training has earned me USAW Coach Certification and ACE Certification back in 2016.
My training philosophy centers around the mind-body connection, which I call “mindful movement.” I believe in being fully in tune with one’s body and experience during training, using this awareness to enhance overall performance and well-being. This approach not only improves physical fitness but also supports outdoor adventures, enabling clients to enjoy long days exploring the Sierra and the beauty of the mountains. My goal is to help clients achieve a harmonious balance between their fitness routines and their passion for outdoor activities, fostering a deeper connection with nature and themselves.
